Who is Deborah Penner?

Growing up on a working Mennonite farm in Northern California, Deborah Penner was engaged with the circle of life and the rhythms of nature—raising livestock, tending honeybees, and harvesting oranges. This foundation instilled in her a profound understanding and respect for how healthy food and environment shape overall health.


Deborah’s Aunt Marie and Uncle JJ were among the first Doctors of Chiropractic to be licensed in the USA and their influence on healthcare approaches resounded through her upbringing, such that acquiring a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon in 1985 was a logical progression.


During her 40-year career as a Doctor of Chiropractic, Deborah specialized in orthopedic and nutritional approaches to healthcare. She relinquished her chiropractic license in 2025 in the interest of freeing her voice and focusing her attention on the chronic disease epidemic crippling humanity at this time.


Deborah’s goal is to empower people with knowledge of how their bodies work and provide tools for metabolic optimization, improved energy, and lasting transformation.
